Shipments -Terms HairGenesis
We are committed
to excellence in customer service. We understand that it
is important that you receive your order on a timely
basis. That's why we strive to process and ship every
order carefully and promptly. Most orders are processed
and shipped the same day as we received them or the next
business day.
When you place
your order with us, whether online or over the phone, we
will send you an order
confirmation by email (if you provided us an
email address). When we ship your order, we will send
you a shipping confirmation
by email, along with your package
tracking number. This email will contain a
direct link to the web site of the package carrier, such
as the U.S. Postal Service (www.USPS.com),
or United Parcel Service (www.UPS.com),
where you can track your order. Please note that it may
take 1 or even 2 business days for the carriers to
update their web site information.
Every order is reviewed to make sure that it is
processed properly and promptly. We keep all items we
offer in stock. If an occasion arises that will cause a
delay in processing your order on a timely basis, we
will notify you as soon as possible.
Deliveries
in the US, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and APO
All orders shipped
within the USA, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands
are sent by the US Postal Service - Priority Mail (2nd
Day Air).
All orders sent to US military personnel at
APO Addresses are sent either by Priority Mail or First
Class Mail, depending on package weight. Tracking
numbers are provided in emails for packages sent by
Priority Mail. Please note that it may take 1 or even 2
business days for the U.S. Postal Service to update
their web site information after we have sent your
package. In some cases, you may receive your package
before they update their information.
Deliveries
to Canada
All orders shipped
to Canada are sent by the US Postal Service - Priority
Mail (2nd Day Air) or International First Class Mail.
Tracking numbers are provided in emails for packages
sent by Priority Mail. Unfortunately the U.S. Postal
Service online system does not show updated tracking
information for shipments to countries outside the
USA
until the package actually reaches the destination
point.
Additionally,
since your package is International and must go through
Customs in your country, the delivery takes a little bit
longer. Only after the package has reached its
destination point is it then scanned by CanadaPost
(www.canadapost.ca). It takes time for that information to
be sent back to the US
www.USPS.com
system and then provided to us.
We apologize for any
inconvenience. Many Canadian customers email us
regarding this same thing, but we have never had a
package lost.
Deliveries
to the United Kingdom
All orders shipped
to the United Kingdom are sent by the US Postal Service
- International First Class Mail. Tracking numbers are
provided in emails for packages sent by Priority Mail.
Unfortunately the U.S. Postal Service online system does
not show updated tracking information for shipments to
countries outside the
USA
until the package actually reaches the destination
point.
Additionally,
since your package is International and must go through

should be scanned by ParcelForce
(www.parcelforce.com),
where it is given a new UK tracking number to track
package delivery inside the UK to you. It takes time for
that information to be sent back to the US

to Mexico, Australia and New Zealand and elsewhere
All orders shipped
to the Australia, New Zealand and all other countries
are sent by the US Postal Service - International First
Class Mail. Unfortunately the U.S. Postal Service online
system does not show updated tracking information for
shipments to these countries until the package actually
reaches the destination point. We apologize for any
inconvenience. Many International customers email us
regarding this same thing, but we have never had a
package lost.
